Good grief!! It’s happened again, 10 months since my last post …
They say ‘diversify’ to stay ahead (I think), so I have now opened an Online Store to stock and sell unusual and sometimes unique items that I have made from beautiful pieces of timber. Please take a look.
Until the next time, take it easy people.
Wow!! Where does the time go?
Last time I posted, it was the start of June and now I’m looking at the end of July. Travel, work, quotes, more travel, more work, more quotes …..
Here’s a few pics of completed jobs from the last few weeks endeavours.
Do you need help around your home & garden? Then, you know where to come
Really proud of this tiling job!!
The tiles were cut by handsaw (rather than scored and snapped), which means the finished article looks so much neater around the plug sockets and the edges of the wall cabinets.
This brings back memories.
30+ years ago, I worked on the St Martins shopping centre contract in Leicester, and helped to rebuild this place.
I can’t remember the exact reason why now, but the property was deconstructed, bricks cleaned by hand and rebuilt, brick by brick. With lathe & plaster walls & ceilings, it got really messy.
Still looks great now ….
Garden Decking done!!
Well, it became a labour of love at times but it’s turned out great and just as I imagined even if I say so myself. Whilst natural products have their issues such as not all the timber being as straight as it should be, I still don’t think there is much to beat wood for this type of home improvement.
